Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Firefly International Consulting, LLC, doing business as Firefly Consulting International ("Firefly," "we," "us," or "our"), provides consulting, business systems, leadership development, implementation, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website, forms, scheduling links, interactive tools, and related online services.
We collect information you choose to provide, which may include your name, work email, phone number, company or organization, job title, business situation, project or service needs, and information you submit through inquiry forms. When you request a quote, estimate, prototype, assessment, recommendation, or other output, or use an interactive tool on our site, we may collect additional business, project, source, selection, preference, and contact information that you provide, together with results or calculations generated from your inputs. If you schedule a meeting or make a payment, the relevant scheduling or payment provider will collect the information needed to complete that transaction.
If you allow optional Analytics & Attribution, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, referring page, campaign or UTM parameters, browser and device information, approximate location, session information, and pseudonymous identifiers. We may also use limited browser storage that is necessary to preserve progress through a requested multi-step diagnostic or intake experience. Firefly does not intentionally send form free text, raw diagnostic answers, payment-card data, or other directly identifying form content to analytics.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide consulting and implementation services; generate requested outputs such as estimates, assessments, prototypes, or recommendations; route inquiries and leads; schedule meetings; process payments; communicate about active or prospective work; maintain business records; improve our website, services, and user experience; measure website performance and attribution where enabled; protect our systems and prevent abuse; and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and contractual obligations. We may send marketing communications when you have requested them or where otherwise permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and communicating about our business and services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Our website uses limited cookies, local or session storage, and similar technologies for security, necessary functionality, consent preferences, attribution, and analytics. Technologies necessary to operate a requested feature or remember your privacy choice may be used without optional analytics consent. Analytics and attribution are off by default until you choose to allow them. If enabled, first-touch campaign parameters such as UTM values may be stored for attribution, and approved analytics may collect usage, device, browser, approximate-location, and pseudonymous identifier information. You may reject optional Analytics & Attribution and change your choice later through the Privacy choices control.
We do not sell personal information or rent personal information to third parties. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website or deliver services, including website hosting and form processing, CRM, email and productivity services, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, automation or integration services where actually used, and professional advisers. Depending on the feature used, providers may include Webflow, Google, Pipedrive, Stripe, and their applicable subprocessors. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or systems, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. Service providers receive information appropriate to their role and process it under their own contractual and legal obligations.
When you pay Firefly online, payment information is processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. Firefly generally does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Payment providers process payment data under their own privacy terms and security controls.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, manage inquiries and client relationships, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the system in which it is stored. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Firefly and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we and our service providers use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below.
If you receive marketing email from Firefly, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages that are necessary for an inquiry, transaction, active service, or business relationship.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as scheduling, payment, CRM, or other business platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Firefly is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites or services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
